Integrated healthcare that feels human, inclusive, and connected.
Synergy Mind & Wellness PLLC brings together psychiatric care, primary care support, urgent care, advanced depression treatment options, medical weight loss, and wellness planning in one coordinated model. Our goal is to help patients receive care that considers mental health, physical health, identity, medications, symptoms, lifestyle, and daily function.
We do not treat people like a single diagnosis.
A good care plan considers symptoms, safety, medications, weight, sleep, stress, medical history, identity, and real-life function.
Accessible care that connects the mind and body.
Synergy Mind & Wellness PLLC was built for patients who need more than fragmented visits and one-problem care. Our mission is to provide inclusive, evidence-informed, clinically thoughtful healthcare that integrates mental health, primary care support, urgent care access, medical weight loss, advanced treatment options, and wellness planning.
Care that starts with listening and ends with a clear plan.
We evaluate symptoms in context. That means reviewing medical history, psychiatric history, medication response, safety factors, sleep, stress, lifestyle, labs when appropriate, treatment goals, and barriers to care before making recommendations.
What patients should expect from us.
Healthcare should be clinically responsible, accessible, respectful, and practical. These values guide our work with each patient.
Clinician-led care with psychiatric, family medicine, and emergency medicine support.
Our team brings together psychiatric mental health, family medicine, emergency medicine, urgent care, preventive health, and whole-person treatment planning.
